TTC Holiday Gift Exchange

Happy Holidays!

Now that the holiday season is *officially* among us I’m delighted to share some information on a special project that I’ve been working on for those who are TTC (trying to conceive); a holiday gift exchange!

Please read through all of the information and instructions below. If, after doing so, you’d like to participate please sign up using the google form linked below.

Who is this gift exchange for?

Any lady who is part of the TTC community whether you are doing fertility treatments, adopting, fostering, taking a break, etc.

How do I sign up?

Fill out the included google form below, and make sure you get a confirmation notice that your information was sent! Once the entry period is closed I will match you with a fellow TTC sister, and send you each other’s information, so that you may purchase and ship a gift to that lady. If for some crazy reason the form doesn’t work please email me your information at thisgorgeslife@gmail.com.

What happens if I don’t get a gift in return?

As with any gift exchange there is a small chance of that happening. Packages get lost/damaged in the mail, or life happens. I will try to reach out to your partner if this occurs, but I can’t guarantee that it will straighten things out. Because of that I ask you to only sign up if you truly intend to follow through with sending a gift to your partner, and to notify me ASAP if something happens.

I live outside of the United States. May I participate?

Unfortunately not as this is my first year organizing the exchange. If this interests you let me know, and I will look into it for future gift exchanges. Thanks for your understanding!

How much will it cost?

I suggest a minimum of $10 plus shipping. You can either purchase gifts in store and ship them yourself, or purchase from a site like amazon and have them ship it directly to your partner. If you want to send a gift valued at more than $10 that is up to you and your partner. Please follow all postal safety rules and regulations with the gifts that you decide to ship!

What should I buy?

Whatever you think your partner would enjoy receiving for the holidays. Think hot chocolate packets, lip balm, bath bombs, fuzzy socks, a good book, something homemade/handmade, etc. Be creative!

May I share this?

Absolutely! Use the hashtag #ttcholidayexchange2017 and feel free to tag me @thisgorgeslife.

What is the last day to sign up?

Sign ups will be open for one week, and will close on Tuesday December 5th 2017. Hopefully this will leave enough time to match partner, and allow you to shop/ship before Christmas. Sorry, but I cannot accept any late entries.

Who will I be matched with?

Another lady who is in the TTC community who signs up for the exchange. They may or may not be at the same stage in their journey as you, and may or may not be using the same method to conceive.

What should I do after my packages arrives?

Make sure to thank you partner and share it on social media using the hashtag #ttcholidayexchange2017,ย and tagging @thisgorgeslife and your partner!

I think that covers it all, but if there is any confusion or you have any other questions don’t hesitate to reach out!

Cait
